Was very impressed with the day staff and care at queens. The night staff however did seem rushed off there feet. I get the impression they are short staffed or just that there is more to do at night. Thought all the nurses were calm and treated the patients with respect.

Emily was 1 of the friendliest and best nurses I have ever come across and ive been in and out of hospitals a lot as a patient.Nothing was too much for her and her warmth, compassion and empathy was a credit to her and to the NHS.When i was getting my blood pressure etc taken I was hoping it would be Emily doing it as she really cheered me up and was genuine in asking me was I ok. I wish some of the other nurses there can take a leaf out of her book and stop been so robotic and just putting a shift in just for the money.Emily has the potential to go into management with her people skills and cant thank her enough for taking care of me and the rest of the staff

Emily was caring and considerate. Listened to everything what was said. A great person who gets on with every patient in the ward. Keep up the good work.
